Lixir offers three tiers. All tiers get the same async decision workflow, reminders, and nudges — the paid plans unlock volume and advanced decision modes.

• 10 lifetime questions
• 1 channel
• Slack List backlog
• Any one can approve and All must approve decision modes
• Deadlines, reminder pings, stale-question nudges, and asker escalation

The Free tier is a great way to try Lixir end-to-end. The 10-question limit is lifetime, not monthly.

Pro — €29/mo

Everything in Free, plus:

• Unlimited questions

Pick Pro when your team has hit (or is about to hit) the Free question cap but still decides in one main channel with simple approve/reject semantics.

Team — €79/mo

Everything in Pro, plus:

• Unlimited channels
• Majority, Quorum + majority, and Polls (single or multi-select, 2–10 named options)
• Per-channel Google Sheets mirrors (create a new sheet or link an existing one per channel)
• Analytics dashboard

Pick Team when decisions span multiple channels, you need stricter voting rules than "any approver wins", or you want the backlog mirrored to a shared spreadsheet.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Lixir's App Home tab in Slack. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

FAQ

Can I switch tiers? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I hit the Free tier limit? You'll see a message suggesting an upgrade. Existing questions and votes are not affected.

Do you offer annual billing? Not currently. All plans are billed monthly.
