Meeting Agenda
Whenever someone clicks Discuss at Meeting on a Lixir question, the item lands in that channel's meeting backlog. The /agenda command is how you review and clear that backlog during your next sync.
/agenda
Renders the channel's unresolved meeting backlog — every question previously deferred with Discuss at Meeting that hasn't yet been marked discussed.
Usage:
/agenda
/agenda posts an ephemeral message (only you see it) listing each backlog item with a Mark Discussed button. Clicking the button records the item as resolved (status discussed) and re-renders the ephemeral so it doubles as a running meeting log.
/agenda has no arguments and is available on all tiers. It requires the canvases:write and bookmarks:write scopes granted at install.
Agenda canvas
From the ephemeral you can click Create agenda canvas (one-time, opt-in) to materialise a persistent Slack Canvas for the channel containing the same list. On subsequent /agenda calls the canvas is refreshed in place with the current backlog. The canvas is useful for screen-sharing during meetings or linking from a calendar invite.
Google Sheets mirror (Team)
On the Team tier you can additionally mirror each channel's backlog to a Google Sheet — handy for reporting, external stakeholders, or if your team already runs meetings from a shared spreadsheet. See Google Sheets Integration for setup.
